Terms of Service

Marskel provides AI-powered exec agents and expert review for startup founders. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Marskel is operated by Marskel Inc. These terms form the entire agreement between you and Marskel for your use of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per company. You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind your company to these terms.

You may not share your account or resell access to the service.

You may use Marskel for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or systematically copy Marskel's prompts, models, or expert methodologies
• Use the service in ways that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties
• Abuse the expert review system by submitting content that is not related to legitimate business use
• Automate requests in ways that exceed normal usage patterns without prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Marskel agents produce drafts and recommendations. Expert review adds a human sign-off, but does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice in the formal sense. You are responsible for how you use any output Marskel produces.

Deliverables are reviewed for quality and relevance to your stated context. They are not a substitute for qualified professional counsel where that is required by law or regulation.

You own the content you provide to Marskel (company context, messages, uploaded documents). You grant Marskel a limited license to process this content to operate the service.

You own the deliverables Marskel produces for you. We do not claim ownership of output generated in your workspace.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you retain full access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If we make a change that materially reduces the service, we will notify you with at least 30 days' notice and offer a prorated refund.

We target 99.5% uptime for the core chat and deliverable features. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours and announced in advance. Support is available by email at hello@marskel.com with a target 1-business-day response for Growth and Scale subscribers.

To the extent permitted by law, Marskel's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you object to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a prorated refund for the unused period.
